On a given territory, an anonymous database involving all the diagnostics and the rate of recovery due to what kind of therapy would be of great help to choose an adequate treatment and also to know more precisely the effectivness of each therapy and thus to help politics and/or each one to decide which treatment to pay back/redeem by the basic health insurance...
